MuntMogul Investment LLC is seeking a dedicated Payment Processor to be a key player in our mission to simplify cryptocurrency investments and empower clients. Role Overview:

As a Payment Processor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless financial transactions within our cryptocurrency investment services. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving payments from clients through diverse payment methods, converting these payments into cryptocurrency, and remitting the designated portions to the company’s cryptocurrency account. You’ll collaborate closely with our Payment Coordinator to uphold the highest standards of accuracy and customer service, Training and instructions will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Process payments from clients via various payment methods, Training and instructions about all platforms will be provided.
• Ensure accurate verification and processing of payment details.
• Collaborate with the Payment Coordinator to address client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain meticulous records of all transactions and payment trends.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the accounting team.

Prior Experience/Requirements:

•  High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred).
• 0-1 years of experience in payment processing or related fields.
• Familiarity with various payment methods, including bank transfers and bank deposits.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and its conversion processes is a plus.
