MuntMogul Investments is looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning until handing over to assignment coordinator, as our recruiter and/or sourcing specialist, you will be in charge of seeking out quality candidates, confirming their qualifications and placing them in open roles at a company, ie: You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting video interviews and assigning them to an assignment coordinator.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with Head of HR to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites, or other sources
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Conduct zoom, google meets video interviews with applicatnts (to be recorded)
- Interview will include employee onboarding process to ensure the new hire is prepared to begin work.
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Conduct reference checks and background checks, Also send new hires the final paperwork to complete.
- Provide the Head of Recruitment Team a shortlist of qualified candidates and Assign new hires to Coordinators
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
Prior Experience/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- One plus years Talent Acquisition/Sourcing experience
- One plus year Recruiting Strategy experience
- Advanced MS Office skills including MS Word and Excel
- Be available to work 5 days a week.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be comfortable establishing relationships over a video call
- Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
- Consistently performing outbound activity to source candidates
